Adult Counselling

Online or face-to-face counselling for ages 18+
- 50 minute sessions
- Weekly or Fortnightly
- Brief therapy is considered 6 sessions. However, sessions can be as long as you need
- Reduced fees available only for student counsellors at a rate of £40 for 50 minutes.
- Reduced fees available for those on low income (subject to availability)
Play Therapy
£60.00
Face-to-face only for ages 4-11 years old
- First session with parent – £30 for 50 minutes
- 50 minute sessions with child
- Weekly
- Minimum of 12 sessions needed
Child-Parent Relationship Therapy
£60.00
Online or face-to-face
- 50 minute sessions
- 10 session model
- Weekly
- Optional follow up session two months after block of 10
Counselling Supervision
£60.00
For student and qualified counsellors. Online and face-to-face
- 50 minute sessions
- Fortnightly
- Creative supervision is optional
- Reduced fees offered for student counsellors at a rate of £40 for 50 minutes

Do you accept insurance payments?
Please make contact directly regarding this.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payments can be made via bank transfer 24 hours before your booked session time. Cash is preferred for face-to-face sessions.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the session start will be liable for the full session fee.
Are there discounted rates available?
Yes, I offer reduced fees for student counsellors and low-income clients.
